The Disney celebration never ceases. Starting May 22, 2015, Disneyland will engage in a 60 year anniversary "Diamond Celebration"!
The event comprises of a brand new "Light the Night" parade, "Disneyland Forever" fireworks show, and "World of Color" water spectacular!
Although the precise 60th Disneyland anniversary will be on July 17, 2015, Disney will be opening its gates early to allow guests to enjoy the awaited celebration marking 60 years of pure magic. During this time, Disney will promote the event with new popcorn buckets, park decorations, and souvenirs. The fireworks show will include a new projection technology allowing guests to be immersed in the magical world of Disney, as well as illuminating costumes and characters that will light the night sky in the "Light the Night" parade.
